Raised Flooring and Access Flooring

What is Raised Flooring?
Raised flooring, also known as access flooring, is a system that elevates the walking surface above the subfloor to create space underneath for housing various installations.
The system consists of modular and interchangeable panels supported by a steel structure, allowing access at any time to the installations beneath the floor for maintenance purposes.
It is installed using a dry assembly system without adhesives and is an ideal solution for both renovations and new constructions, suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces.
Examples of Top Layers
The top layer of the flooring can be linoleum, vinyl, laminate, rubber, carpet, marble, tiles, or other materials.
Installation
The installation process is straightforward thanks to specially designed elements that allow height adjustment to determine the floor height, even on uneven subfloors.
